DOWNTOWN MIAMI

Downtown Miami is a fun and exciting neighborhood.  The neighborhood is compose of several high-rise luxury condominiums, is home to the Miami Heat, American Airlines Arena,  Museum Park,  the Perez Art Museum Miami, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and Bayside Marketplace. Downtown has a lot to offer more than just Government Buildings and Office Buildings.  It also has multitude of restaurants like CVI.CHE 105, Cipriani,  E11EVEN Rooftop,  Hard Rock Cafe, Pollos y Jarras just to name a few.  Downtown has great entertainment like Fifty Miami Ultra Lounge located in the 50th floor of the Icon Brickell condominium. If you’re looking for a sophisticated 24/7 Ultraclub, E11EVEN Miami is the place to go.  One of the things that never gets old, is to see the Downtown Skyline at night.

If you like sailing, boats are all over Biscayne Bay. Boats are the best seat in the house for the Fourth of July fireworks at Bayside Marketplace, it’s magnificent.  In regards to transportation, many Downtown Miami residents use the Metromover and Metrorail. You can also take the train to Miami International Airport from Downtown. You can pretty much live, work and play in Downtown.
