EDGEWATER MIAMI
Edgewater is one of the fastest growing neighborhood in Miami. Many luxury buildings are being built right on the bay, attracting many buyers from all over the world. Edgewater is home to Margaret Pace Park, the former Bacardi Building which is not the National Headquarters for the Young Arts Foundation, many local restaurants and cafés like Lulu’s Icecream, The Daily, Sabor a Peru, to name a few. Edgewater is also home to many hotels right on Biscayne Bay. The Omni MetromoverStation connects Edgewater to Downtown Miami and Brickell. It also connects with the Metrorail. If you like jogging or bike riding, you can take the Venetian Causeway to go over to Miami Beach. The scenery is breathtaking.
The neighborhood is located a few block South from Midtown Miami, and the Miami Design District. To the West you’ll find the Wynwood Art District. You can take the trolley to any of these neighborhoods, and the best thing it’s free!
